This is an entry-level position that offers training from experienced colleagues and development opportunities . It's the perfect role for someone with a strong work ethic that's eager to learn.
The Production Operative will also benefit from:
* Temporary to permanent opportunity and progression within the company
* Monday to Friday AM shift pattern with early finish on Friday's
* Staff canteen and facilities
* Onsite parking
As Production Operative be responsible for:
* Lifting and manual handling of products
* Working to product specifications
* Cutting, trimming & measuring products
* Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily targets
As Production Operative you'll have:
* A hands-on approach to all tasks you undertake
* A hunger for learning and an interest in how things are made
* The desire to only produce the best quality products
* Knowledge of using hand tools
