Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

* ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-qualification experience

* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry standards

* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to finish

* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to technical delivery and completion

* Prepare detailed design drawings and construction documentation using Revit

* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice

* Mentor and support junior architects and designers

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design or technical issues
