We are looking for a temporary receptionist in Milton Keynes on a six month basis. Your role will involve greeting visitors, support different departments by dealing with requests in a timely manner. Along with reception duties you will be working together with the Fleet and HSE team.

Duties can include:

* Acting as first point of contact for visitors and callers

* Directing calls correctly and in an efficient manner

* Welcoming visitors, maintaining sign in measures and explaining health and safety procedures, provide them with badges

* Completing incoming and outgoing mail requirements

* Scheduling appointments and book meeting rooms

* Ordering lunch for employees and visitors

* Managing office supplies

* Providing admin support where required, recording and monitor data

* Acting as the Site Emergency Response Coordinator

* Ensuring relevant training is up to date for first aiders and fire marshals

* HSE Admin tasks

We are looking for

* Effective communicators who can convey a clear message to different people

* Organised individuals ability to organise workload

* Someone to build strong working relationships

* Take on new tasks with urgency and enthusiasm

To be considered for this role you must have 2 years+ relevant experience.

This role is fully office based and is 37.5hrs per week, there is some flexibility around the start time e.g. 7-3, 9-5 etc.

The pay rate is £16.41ph.
