Our Swansea branch is currently in the market to add quality to their Mumbles team through the appointment of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
Experience is not necessary, you just need to demonstrate the ability to sell, develop your own workload and build lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients. The recruitment industry typically suits candidates who are bright and enthusiastic, showing a high work ethic and a willingness to learn.
