Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a high-impact role within a leading organisation? We're seeking a Regional Financial Controller to take full P&L ownership for a key UK region within our business.
In this role, you'll provide critical financial oversight, strategic analysis, and robust support to drive performance across the region. You'll lead a talented finance team and be a key partner to operational leaders ensuring strong financial controls while influencing commercial decisions.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Take full responsibility for regional P&L performance, financial reporting, and control.
* Lead the preparation of flash reports, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and a rolling three-year strategic plan.
* Support business cases, pricing strategies, bids, tenders, and investment appraisals.
* Deliver clear financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive better decision-making.
* Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple sites.
* Identify risks and opportunities, while working closely with business unit leaders to optimise financial outcomes.
* Present detailed financial analysis and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead capital expenditure (CapEx) submissions and evaluate financial viability of proposals.
* Continuously challenge and improve financial processes and controls.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
* Proven experience owning full P&L responsibility.
* Strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical skills.
* A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
* High level of integrity and a disciplined, self-motivated approach.
