Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer service? Join our dynamic team in Basingstoke as a Sales Co-ordinator and play a key role in supporting our sales efforts!
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
* Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reports.
* Support in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contract management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
