Overview

This role will be the oil in the machine... being based as the intermediary between the sales team, production, shipping and senior leadership you'll certainly be kept busy and have lots of ownership.

Ideally suited to a confident individual, possibly from either a retail management or sales role position that is looking for their next challenge.

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join a premium, manufacturer at an exciting stage of growth. Working across two standout lifestyle brands, you'll be instrumental in delivering the retail sales strategy, managing wholesale accounts, and supporting a nationwide network of agents.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is confident with numbers and planning, and has a real passion for premium products and customer relationships.

As a Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and executing the sales strategy across both brands

* Managing wholesale accounts and platforms ensuring smooth operations from order to dispatch

* Liaising monthly with the Supply Chain Manager on stock forecasts and requirements

* Supporting UK agents with training, samples, and marketing collateral

* Partnering with the marketing team to align on wholesale campaign strategies

* Coordinating trade and retail events - from budgeting to logistics

* Monitoring sales performance using KPIs and producing regular reports for senior leadership

* Maintaining accurate costing spreadsheets and negotiating pricing to ensure strong margins

* Building lasting relationships with key customers and identifying ways to maximise seasonal sales opportunities

* Implementing customer incentive schemes and supporting national retail growth strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in retail sales and account coordination

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Commercial mindset with solid forecasting and budgeting abilities

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Confidence working cross-functionally, especially with marketing, supply chain, and leadership

* Proficiency in using reporting tools and sales data to inform decisions

* A personable, hands-on approach and a natural ability to connect with both internal teams and external partners

If you're ready to step into a dynamic, brand-led environment where you can take real ownership and help shape retail success, this could be your ideal next move. Apply today with an up-to-date CV - Alexandra will be in touch to discuss the opportunity further.
