Science Technician
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: circa 34,000 per annum (FTE)

Our client is a prestigious independent school, seeking an organised, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Science Technician to provide exceptional technical and scientific support to its thriving Science Department.
The Role
As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality science education.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and equipping laboratories before lessons.
* Clearing and recycling glassware post-lessons.
* Managing stock levels of apparatus and reagents.
* Conducting safety checks on laboratory equipment.
This role offers variety and hands-on work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a keen interest in science and enjoy practical work.
* Possess good IT skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Be familiar with modern laboratory techniques.
* Ideally, have previous experience in a school laboratory (desirable but not essential).
