The Role:
As a Secondary Teaching Assistant in Didcot, you will work alongside the teaching staff to support students in their learning. You'll help students with their studies, assist with classroom activities, and ensure that students remain engaged with the lesson content. Your role will also involve helping teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management, creating a productive and supportive environment for all students in Didcot.
