A friendly and flexible accountancy firm within reach of Loughborough, Shepshed, Leicester and South Nottingham are seeking to hire a key job role and happy to hire from Semi-Senior to Senior Accountant level. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements and accounts for a variety of clients.Bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for clients.Handling tax compliance, including preparation of personal and business tax returns.Liaising directly with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and addressing their needs.Support in the preparation of management accounts and other ad hoc tasks as required.Requirements: Experience in accounting and bookkeeping is essential.Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) would be advantageous.Benefits: Competitive salarySupport for further professional development and study.Study support for AAT/ACCA/ACAA collaborative and supportive working environment.
