This role is perfect for someone ready to inspire and guide students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism to reach their full potential.
Your Role:
* Provide essential support for students with SEN, helping them feel valued and confident in their learning.
* Assist with personalized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet individual student needs.
* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage active participation and engagement.
* Champion inclusivity and help boost students' independence and self-confidence.
* Work alongside teachers to foster a positive and dynamic classroom atmosphere.
