Responsibilities
* Planning and Delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
* Behaviour management
* Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
* Classroom management
* Support for students both verbal and non verbal - using PECS is hugely desirable
* Leading the department and supporting the other Maths Teachers in the planning and direction of the faculty
