Your Responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
* 1:1 Support: Work closely with a pupil with ASD, adapting learning activities to fit their needs and help them engage positively with the curriculum.
* Structured Learning Environment: Create a safe, structured, and supportive space that encourages the pupil's academic and social development.
* Collaboration: Work with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning strategies.
