Hours: 8:30 am - 3:45 pm

Ideal for Graduates: Particularly those with aspirations in Clinical Psychology, Youth Work, or Care experience

This position offers a chance to gain valuable experience in challenging environments, supporting children with complex behaviours. De-escalation techniques and effective communication will play a key role in your success in this role.

What we're looking for:

* Personal or professional experience with children or young people is advantageous, though not essential.

* A caring, energetic, and enthusiastic approach.

* Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and support staff within Bedford schools.

* Passion for helping children and young people with special educational needs thrive.

Requirements:

* Enhanced DBS (on the update service) or willingness to obtain one.

* Right to work in the UK.

* Level 2 or higher Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification.

* Ideally based locally to Bedford.
