Your role and responsibilities:

** Supporting children with mild to moderate SEN including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Global Delay, Communication and Social interaction issues, mild behaviour issues.

** Working with small groups of children on a 1:1 basis to ensure progression in their learning.

** Provide a calm and interactive approach to ensure children feel motivated during lessons.

** Promote progression and celebrate the small wins, so that children feel motivated at all times.

Specification/ Qualifications:

** Recognised Speech and Language degree or equivalent (desired)

** BSL Degree or equivalent (desired)

** Good knowledge of SEN

** Previous experience in similar role

** Passion for working with children with SEND

** Calm, patient and resilient approach

** Work well as team and on own initiative
