The Role: SEND Teacher - Primary School - Croydon
As an SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of additional learning needs. You will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of pupils with SEND
* Develop individual learning plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff and external specialists
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as necessary
* Work closely with parents, carers, and support staff to ensure each child receives holistic support
* Contribute to the wider school community and its inclusive ethos

Requirements: SEND Teacher - Primary School - Croydon
The ideal candidate will have:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting
* A thorough understanding of SEND Code of Practice and best practices in SEND education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to differentiate lessons and provide personalised learning for individual students
