Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design and project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
* Manage projects efficiently, overseeing timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
* Act as a key client liaison, handling briefs, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership.
* Contribute to business development, including attending industry events and pitching to clients.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and contract requirements.
Ideal Candidate
* ARB Registered Architect with substantial UK-based experience.
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes, and construction techniques.
* Excellent project management, time management, and client communication skills.
* Retail experience would be essential to thrive in the role.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and architectural presentation preparation.
