Senior Architect
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £36000-£41000 (dependent on experience)

We are searching for an enthusiastic Senior Architect with creative design flare to join an award-winning practice in Altrincham. The RIBA chartered practice work on education residential and leisure projects and always deliver sustainable and innovative designs which exceed client expectations. The company is well established and has an exceptional reputation across the UK.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant UK-based experience post qualification and will have a proven track record of leading a team. You will be confident working through all RIBA stages and should have experience working on education projects. Revit experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
* Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
* Confident liaising with clients and contractors
* Able to manage a small team
* Mentor junior team members
* Education experience is essential
* Happy running projects from inception to completion
* Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Must be proficient using Revit
