Location: Manchester
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 (depending on experience)

Specialising in education, residential, and leisure sectors, this RIBA-chartered firm is celebrated for its innovative and sustainable designs that consistently exceed client expectations.
As the successful Senior Architect, you will bring significant UK-based experience and a proven ability to lead teams. You'll be comfortable navigating all RIBA stages and have hands-on experience with educational projects. Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Extensive UK-based experience post-Part 3 qualification
* ARB registered
* Confident in managing client and contractor relationships
* Capable of leading a small team while mentoring junior staff
* Able to deliver projects from concept to completion
* Prior experience in education projects is a must
* Strong understanding of current UK building regulations
* Advanced proficiency in Revit
