Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Location: Manchester
Salary: £35,000- 44,000 dependent on experience

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will boast technical excellence, a diverse portfolio of projects and extensive post qualification experience, along with proficiency in Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* A degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant degree
* Strong technical expertise
* Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
* Extensive Job running experience
* Working towards MCIAT is beneficial
* Experience across a range of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential
* Thirst to continue professional development and new technical solutions
* Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
* Substantial post qualification experience
* Experience across the later RIBA stages
* Passionate about sustainable designs and innovation
* Live locally to Manchester
