Are you a skilled Senior Building Surveyor looking for an exciting new challenge? A leading construction consultancy is seeking a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Eltham. This position offers the flexibility of potential hybrid working and provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of engaging projects, including Residential, Education, Blue Light, Fire Remedial Works, and Capital Improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing projects and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
* Conducting detailed measured surveys of existing buildings and sites, with attention to detail.
* Visiting sites to carry out thorough inspections and providing comprehensive inspection reports.
* Inviting tenders for the main contract, performing tender analysis, and compiling detailed reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
* Chartered status or actively working towards APC
* Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary projects and project teams
* Background in housing, residential, and/or existing buildings
* Strong expertise in building surveying and project management
* A track record of managing programs of work and demonstrating excellent organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
