Successful Candidates Will Possess:

* Extensive experience in UK ecological consultancy.

* Advanced expertise in protected species surveys, especially for bats and reptiles.

* Comprehensive knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and its application in planning and development.

* Exceptional skills in report writing, project management, and client engagement.

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your Role as Senior Ecologist:

As a Senior Ecologist, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality ecological services, balancing fieldwork across South Wales with office-based project management. Your key responsibilities include:

* Leading ecological surveys and delivering assessments.

* Preparing detailed reports, including mitigation and habitat enhancement plans.
