Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
* Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project progression.
* Provide expert guidance and advice to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
* Conduct site assessments and prepare comprehensive planning appraisals.
Key Skills:
* MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in planning, with experience in both residential and commercial projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
