You will also provide support for projects delivered through the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) regime.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead planning advice and be the primary point of contact for clients on major infrastructure projects.

* Support and manage DCO applications, from inception through to the examination stage.

* Work on a variety of infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects.

* Provide advice on planning applications under the TCPA regime.

* Keep up to date with changes in the UK planning system and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate:

* RTPI (or equivalent) qualification.

* Experience with Development Consent Orders (DCOs) is highly desirable.

* Proven background in infrastructure projects, particularly within sectors like renewable energy, transport, or utilities.

* Strong understanding of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks.

* A keen interest in working on large-scale infrastructure projects and driving growth.

Why Join:

* Health & Wellbeing: Private medical insurance, discounted gym memberships, and access to an employee assistance program.

* Work-Life Balance: Hybrid working options and generous annual leave, with the opportunity to accrue additional service days.

* Rewards & Recognition: Company bonus scheme, team celebrations, and professional development opportunities.

* Financial Security: Enhanced company pension scheme, death-in-service cover, and financial planning support.

* Career Progression: Professional body membership coverage, exclusive access to e-learning, and protected CPD time.

Be part of a vibrant workplace that fosters growth, collaboration, and opportunity while delivering meaningful projects that have a lasting impact on communities and the environment.

Location: Flexible - can be based out of either London or Cambridge.
