Responsibilities:
* Manage a small caseload of families, offering tailored, therapeutic support
* Supervise and mentor 4 Supervising Social Workers
* Work collaboratively with management to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Use your therapeutic expertise to build positive relationships with foster families
* Maintain high standards of practice and professional development
Requirements:
* Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience working within the fostering sector
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
