Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join their expanding sustainability team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects across diverse sectors, including workplace, healthcare, education, heritage, sport, leisure, and residential. Key Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering net-zero carbon strategies and assessments (covering both operational and embodied carbon)
* Leading material lifecycle assessments, including embodied carbon analysis
* Conducting circularity assessments and providing environmental consultancy services
* Managing sustainability assessments for frameworks like BREEAM, LEED, Ska, and the WELL Building Standard
* Leading post-occupancy evaluations to improve building performance
* Overseeing environmental management systems
* Delivering NABERS assessments
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Solid experience in sustainability consultancy within the built environment
* Proven expertise in delivering BREEAM assessments
* Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and its application to development projects
* Experience in delivering assessments under LEED, Ska, or WELL Building Standard
* Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in producing technical reports
* Experience using lifecycle assessment tools like OneClick LCA
* Experience with circularity assessments and consultancy
