Senior Town Planner
Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000+ (DOE)

A leading, award-winning planning consultancy is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their high-performing Planning and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) team. Based in Bristol (or surrounding areas) with hybrid working available, this role is ideal for a driven planner looking to take the next step in their career while making a real impact on sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver planning applications for complex projects across a range of sectors

Provide expert advice on planning strategy, feasibility, and regulatory requirements
*
Prepare planning documents, reports, and environmental assessments
*
Liaise with clients, local authorities, stakeholders, and community groups
*
Contribute to business growth through support on bids and proposals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
RTPI membership (or working towards it)
*
Solid understanding of UK planning policy, legislation, and best practices
*
Experience in consultancy or similar professional planning environment
*
Strong communication and project management skills
*
A passion for planning, sustainability, and the environment
