Job Title: Senior or Principal Planner

About the Role: As a key member of the Norwich team, you'll work on a wide variety of projects across Residential Development, Commercial, Education, and more. You'll provide critical planning advice, manage engagement with local authorities, and support clients' strategic development needs through:
* Developing commercial, client-focused planning strategies.
* Proactively managing communication with local planning authorities and key stakeholders.
* Preparing strong, evidence-based planning cases and submissions.
* Representing clients' commercial interests at all stages of the planning process.
* Preparing high-quality Development Plan Representations.
