My client, an award-winning Planning Consultancy, is looking for an experience Senior Town Planner to join the continued and ever-expanding planning team in Reading!

The Position as a Senior Town Planner
The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in all streams of work
Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
* Be MRTPI / MRICS qualified with PQE experience in planning / development
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen both on projects and cross discipline opportunities
* Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects.
* Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills
* Be a good team player with the ability to work under own initiative
* Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve / exceed agreed targets
