The client, one of the largest independent Architecture, Town Planning, Master planning Consultancies, is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join the team in Leeds. They are a multi-disciplinary who specialise in a various project across Leisure, Commercial, Residential, Renewables, Educational, Land-promotion and Mixed-Used sectors!

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, your role would involve managing complex planning projects, providing expert planning advice, and leading negotiations with local authorities and stakeholders. You would work closely with clients to deliver planning solutions that align with policy frameworks while balancing sustainability, growth, and development needs. The position also offers the opportunity to guide junior staff and contribute to strategic growth and innovation within the practice.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

* RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.

* Previous relevant consultancy experience.

* MRTPI qualified.

* Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.

* Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.

* Ability to work in a fast-faced environment

* UK driving licence.
