With a variety of projects spanning the Midlands and beyond, we work across all sectors, collaborating closely with public sector, private, and community clients. Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior Planner, you will work on a diverse range of town planning projects, from promoting large-scale developments to preparing and submitting planning applications, handling appeals, and making local plan representations.

Your role will include:

* Managing a range of complex and high-profile projects.

* Building and maintaining client relationships, delivering high-quality service, and representing the company professionally.

* Preparing detailed planning reports, conducting thorough analysis, and presenting information effectively.

* Actively participating in a mentoring program geared toward your professional growth and RTPI Accreditation, if not already chartered.

Qualifications and Experience

* A relevant undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) and a postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.

* Ideally MRTPI accredited, or actively working towards accreditation, with support provided.

* Experience in town planning, in either the public or private sector.

* A full UK driving license is essential.
