This role offers the opportunity to lead and influence high-value, complex projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

* Project Management: Lead on significant planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives and align with planning policy.

* Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.

* Planning Applications: Oversee the preparation and submission of complex planning applications, including appeals and representations.

* Policy Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of planning policies, identifying opportunities and risks for clients.

* Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

* RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.

* Previous relevant consultancy experience.

* MRTPI qualified.

* Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
