The client, a dynamic and innovative Planning and Architecture Consultancy dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the UK, is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join the team! The work on a diverse range of property related services across a various sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments and strategic planning.

Role of a Senior Town Planner

* Manage and contribute to a range of planning projects.

* Prepare, submit, and oversee planning applications and appeals.

* Conduct site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform planning advice.

* Engage with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance.

* Stay up to date with relevant planning legislation and policy changes.

Essential Requirements as a Senior Town Planner

* A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).

* Full membership or progress toward membership with the RTPI.

* Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
