The role
* Support the Sourcing Manager in supplier audits, contract negotiations, and benchmarking exercises.
* Maintain supplier records, agreements, and performance dashboards.
* Collect and analyse market data on materials, logistics, and regional production costs. Assist in risk-assessed project timelines with Estimating & Project Teams.
* Ensure suppliers meet quality, service, and ethical standards.
* Identify sourcing opportunities and engage in contract negotiations.
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events across Europe & Asia.
About you
* Degree-educated with a passion for supply chain management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel and engage with global suppliers.
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of technical drawings is a plus.
