The Role:
* Support the Head Chef in running a 100-cover restaurant with a riverside terrace, wedding & events space, and 28-room hotel
* Lead shifts in the kitchen and train junior chefs
* Work across all sections, ensuring high-quality dishes & smooth service
* Oversee prep, stock management, GP control, and kitchen operations
* Open and close the kitchen safely and efficiently
