This Great Hotel on the Coastline with a Fantatsic Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join and help lead this kitchen brigade whilst creating fresh dishes to high standards for guests.

They offer a variety of fresh food choices for their guests and customers using locally sourced ingredients and produce as the Head Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are created and designed to incorporate Suffolks finest for a range of contemporary dishes.

Main Duties of this Sous Chef role inc:

Act as a deputy to the Head Chef with all responsibilities as required

Run an environment that is clean, tidy and organised

Assist and produce accurate stock takes

Carry out quality checks on stock, produce and dishes

Have a flexible ability to respond to business needs

Manage rotas and help and Inspire the developmnet of the team

Ensure daily food preparation meets recipe

Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
