Position Overview

Academics is seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and support a range of schools across Peacehaven. This role is ideal for teachers who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy variety, and are looking to make a positive impact on students across different settings.

Key Responsibilities

* Lesson Delivery: Step into primary classrooms at short notice and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support ongoing learning.

* Adaptability and Flexibility: Work across various schools, adapting to different classrooms, curriculums, and student needs.

* Classroom Management: Ensure a safe and productive classroom environment, encouraging positive behaviours and maintaining focus on learning.

* Collaboration: Communicate effectively with school staff to support continuity in student learning and to address any specific needs of the class or individual students.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a primary classroom setting.

* Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

* Flexibility and willingness to travel to different schools as needed.

* A positive, enthusiastic approach and a commitment to nurturing student learning.
