Level 3 Teaching Assitant - Luton
Job: Part time - 20.5 hours per week.
Start date: 6th January 2025

About the Teaching Assistant role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality education and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
* Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
* Offering emotional and social support to students, helping even the shyest child feel confident and engaged.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Recruitments:
* positive, enthusiastic and caring approach
* Putting the children's needs first
* skilled in supporting children's learning, enabling them to make progress
* To be a team player with a good sense of humour.
* Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent based on the Governments Early Years qualifications list.
* DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
* Good level of Qualification in English.
* Able to commute to central Luton in timely fashion.
