Teaching Assistant
Position: Full-Time Experienced Teaching Assistant
Location: Croydon
Salary: £110.00-£120.00 Daily

Academics are looking for a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to work alongside dedicated staff at an 'outstanding' rated Ofsted Primary School.
Key Duties: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Croydon
* Provide personalized support to children with special educational needs (SEN) when needed.
* Work in collaboration with the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions
* Support students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis
* Help prepare learning resources and materials
* Supervise students during break times and assist with lunch duties
Skills & Qualifications: Experienced Teaching Assistant - Croydon
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant
* Experience working with children with SEN is desirable
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children
* A nurturing and patient approach to working with young learners
