My client provide expert town planning advice across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The team is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable planning solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and the local community.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Town Planner with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of planning projects, contributing to the development and regeneration of one of the most iconic regions in the UK. You will have the chance to manage your own projects, liaise with clients and local authorities, and further develop your planning expertise in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals.

* Conducting site visits and planning appraisals.

* Researching and preparing reports to support planning strategies and proposals.

* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to progress planning projects.

* Supporting senior planners in managing complex projects and ensuring they align with local and national planning policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

* A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline.

* A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in town planning.

* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant planning software.
