About the Role as a Town Planner:

This position offers the chance to work on diverse, high-profile projects, delivering innovative planning solutions in areas such as urban regeneration, infrastructure development, and sustainable planning. Consolidating your skill and progressing your career.

Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner:

* Prepare and manage planning applications, EIARs, and statutory consents.

* Collaborate with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.

* Provide expert planning advice across a range of projects.

* Stay informed on planning regulations and policy developments.

What they are looking for as a Town Planner:

* A degree in Planning or a related field (RTPI or IPI accredited preferred).

* Demonstrable experience in a planning role (graduates with strong internships considered).

* Strong communication and report-writing skills.

* Knowledge of Irish planning systems and regulations.

* A proactive, solution-focused approach.
