About the Role:

As a Town Planner, you will be involved in shaping the future of urban development, working across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a rewarding career in town planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications, reports, and appeals.

* Conduct site assessments and gather information to inform planning decisions.

* Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve planning issues.

* Provide advice on planning policy, legislation, and local regulations.

* Manage planning projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

* Develop an in-depth understanding of local planning policies and help implement strategic planning solutions.

What We're Looking For:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience in town planning or a related field.

* A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional reports.

* Knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and local authority planning systems, particularly in the Bournemouth area.

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
