Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and support the needs of a wide range of clients, including housebuilders, developers, and businesses.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and professionals.
- Contribute to various planning projects, delivering work to a high standard under the supervision of senior team members.
- Prepare reports and provide written advice, supported by Directors/Associate Directors.
- Conduct research, submit planning applications, and handle negotiations with local authorities.
- Participate in community engagement events to help shape local development.
- Manage your own projects while receiving support from a collaborative team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- IT literate (familiarity with MS Office and web-based applications).
- A desire to learn and evolve within the planning profession.
- A full driving licence and access to a car.
