It is also beneficial for applicants to reside locally and have experience in working for a Recruitment Consultancy or Call Centre, hitting and exceeding sales targets.
This exciting Trainee position will offer candidates the chance to join a friendly team of Recruitment Specialists based in Mumbles, Swansea. Full training will be provided by the team in order for candidates to specialise in the Recruitment of Engineers and Consultants for UK based Engineering Consultancies across the UK.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to;
-Develop relationships with both Clients and Candidates in the Engineering and Environmental Sectors.
-Liaise with Clients to discuss opportunities with Engineering Consultancies across the UK.
-Search and liaise with suitable candidates to discuss their experience, requirements and the positions available.
-Send suitable C.Vs to Clients and arrange interviews for candidates.
-Deliver offers and fill vacancies ensuring Client requirements are met.
-Hit daily, weekly and monthly targets.
-Attend team building events and Penguin charity events during and outside working hours.
