Our client is one of the largest multinational accountancy firms in the UK. With a deep focus on mid-market businesses as well as large, listed clients the firm offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments in a collaborative and partner-led environment. They are recruiting for a Transactions Tax Associate Director in their state-of-the-art office in Leeds!
Transactions Tax Associate Director responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients and legal advisors, as well as other director/partners
Leading due diligence meetings with clients
Working with and building strong relationships with stakeholders
Researching and preparing proposals for prospective clients
As a Transactions Tax Associate Director, you will be/have:
ACA or CTA qualified
Over 7 years+rsquo; Deals Tax Experience including
Experience managing clients, strong knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
Experience with client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries
Leading on projects, actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services
Staff management experience
