Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Earls Barton

Salary: up to £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00

We are looking for a versatile Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

About the Role:

This isn't your average Warehouse Operative role. In this dynamic role you will play a crucial part in our client's operation, supporting in multiples areas. You will be part of a small team, handling customer enquiries and operating the Inventory Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering excellent service.

* Resolve queries and communicate effectively with customers regarding orders and stock availability.

* Operate and maintain the Smart inventory management system to track and control stock levels.

* Conduct stocktaking and daily stock control to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

* Process goods-in, verify receipts, and organise deliveries.

* Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.

* Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

* Support the wider team to ensure the warehouse operates effectively and meets deadline
