* Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
* Salary: ECT/MPS/UPS (with potential for TLR allowance for additional responsibilities)
* Location: Hayes, Hillingdon - Excellent transport links available
About the Year 5 Teacher Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking primary school in Hayes, where the focus is on providing an enriching education for all students. As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons and supporting students in achieving their full potential in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Year 5 Teacher:
* Delivering engaging and challenging lessons in Year 5.
* Encouraging a love of learning and helping students build key skills.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
* Supporting the development and well-being of each student.
* Continuously improving through professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
* Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher with a passion for KS2 education.
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and engage students.
* Creative, energetic, and confident in using diverse teaching strategies.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
